Gwen Secter Creative Living Centre is a non-profit senior centre in the Seven Oaks area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Gwen Secter Creative Living Centre was established by the National Council of Jewish Women as a replacement for the Golden Age Club, which was no longer meeting the needs of seniors in the area.
