"How much does it cost to be involved in all of this?" A Gwen Secter Membership allows you to save money on programs and outings. While one does NOT require a membership to partake in any of the Gwen Secter activities, there are numerous benefits to becoming a member: - Reduced rates on programs

Wednesday Program
The Wednesday Program costs five dollars, a price that includes lunch, a performance or presentation, and tea and a dessert afterwards. Transportation to and from the Centre is subsidized by both the centre and Winnipeg Transit, so it only costs two dollars. In total, you can have transportation, a lunch, entertainment and a snack for only seven dollars!

Other Programs
Other programs, such as outings and special events, are priced as low as possible. Because of the fact that we are a non-profit centre, we do have to "break even" on the events we organize, but we do not make any money from these outings. As a result, we are able to give you the lowest possible price! This price is usually lower than normal because we travel in groups and are able to get group rates on transportation, event fees, and even food! |
